Farmers, chefs, and artisans have gathered here for centuries, and today it’s filled with sizzling comfort foods, sweet local treats, and international flavors that reflect the city’s vibrant character.
As we walk, you’ll explore Ottawa’s history and visit beloved spots like the city’s oldest tavern. Along the way, you’ll taste Canadian classics such as Beavertails, poutine, maple syrup, and more, plus sample artisanal cheeses, molasses-glazed duck, and bold global bites.

We practice a sustainable tourism philosophy where we ensure that each restaurant we visit is paid fairly for the great food they serve us, and that the wait staff receives proper gratuities for their service.
We keep our tours small (maximum 16 people per tour) which won’t overcrowd the street or overwhelm our tasting locations. We believe that our forward-thinking strategy will sustain an incredibly positive relationship between us, the restaurants, and the local residents.
