It was built by Italian immigrants in 1919 to commemorate the miracle of Madonna’s apparition in Molise. Montbirant painted the church\u2019s remarkable frescoes based on tartist Guido Nincheri’s drawings. For the controversial part? Inside you will find a painting of Mussolini.
