WALKING DISTANCE
To join our food tour, you must wear comfortable shoes. There will be around 45 mins of walking but it is not too difficult and is broken up between food stops. The guide walks at the pace of the tour members, you will never be rushed. There are no stairs on the tour or hills.
FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES
A few banks have charged their customer an extra fee while booking with us (this isn’t the booking fee but another fee added by the bank). We think this is unfair, if this happens let us know by showing us in your bank statement and we will refund this fee as a gesture of good will.
BOOKING FEE REASON
The booking fee that you have to pay is up to our ticket provider and we can’t change it. All our clients need to pay for it upon booking. The booking fee charged contributes to the cost of the ticketing system to provide an excellent service to our customers.

FAMILY KIDS POLICY
Children are quite welcome and it’s free for any child 2 years or under. We can give them non-alcoholic drinks and you are free to enjoy the tour with your entire family of all ages.

Venice is good DOWNTOWN IS WAY BETTER. I am not a convert to food tours and the Downtown Los Angeles Tour is among the best. From the start where we see what is essentially a film set to the cookies it was a great tour. I had no idea how many foods were invented in Los Angeles, we get real food history, real city history and a walk from Mexico to China with every bite better than the last.

I recently went on the secret food tour of Venice and it was fantastic!! Not only was Mike very knowledgeable of the area but he had additional stories and insights of his own to share with us that made the tour more well rounded! Even though the focus was on the food – which I must say each and every stop was so so delicious, the information about the area and the well thought out route that we took on foot made for a wondeful experience. We never felt rushed and we had lots of photo opportunities as well. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area for sure!
